Privacy Policy

Easy Logistics, s.r.o. ("the Company") processes your personal data necessary for the proper performance of its activities ("Personal Data").

We process your Personal Data only for the purposes below and on the following legal bases:

  • performance of a contract (the "Contract")
  • marketing – based on your revocable consent

Your Personal Data may be provided to these third parties:

  • providers of server, web, cloud or IT services, or our business partners
  • our accountant (for the purpose of contract performance)
  • external law firms (for the purpose of contract performance)

Personal Data will not be provided to third parties from countries outside the EU and EEA.

Personal Data will be processed for the duration of the Contract, or for the period necessary to fulfill our archiving obligations under applicable legislation, but no longer than 10 years after termination. Information based on consent will be processed for 3 years from the date of consent.

Under data protection laws you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to Personal Data – confirmation whether we process your Personal Data and information about purposes, scope, recipients, retention, rights (rectification, erasure, restriction, objection), source, and any automated decision-making including profiling. You have the right to obtain a copy; the first is free, further copies may incur a reasonable administrative fee.
  • Right to rectification – request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.
  • Right to erasure – we must erase your Personal Data if (i) it is no longer needed for the purposes collected, (ii) you withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis, (iii) you object and there are no overriding legitimate grounds, (iv) processing is unlawful, or (v) we have a legal obligation to erase.
  • Right to restriction of processing – until disputes are resolved, e.g. (i) you contest accuracy, (ii) processing is unlawful but you request restriction instead of deletion, (iii) we no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims, or (iv) you objected; during restriction we only store data.
  • Right to data portability – obtain data provided to us under consent or contract in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, have it transferred to another controller.
  • Right to object to processing – you can submit an objection in writing or electronically. We will no longer process your Personal Data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms.

Providing Personal Data for the purpose of concluding a contract is required because it is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, or the provision is required by law. Failure to provide data may result in no contract being concluded.

We do not perform automated decision-making or profiling based on processed Personal Data.

If we intend to use Personal Data for a different purpose than specified here, we will inform you without delay.
